We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If you are returning an item from outside Spain, shipping may take longer.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
